The Caron's footbridge, the Tibetan bridge, the St-Pères chimney, the Thorens rungs, the climbing wall, the Belleville tube, the Tarentaise creepers, the big Tyrolean : a few names among those of the 15 stages of the "adventurers of the Frogs Lake" course allow you to imagine all the sensational experiences you can live around the " Lac des Grenouilles" (frogs lake), an exceptionnal site which shows all the beauty of the mountain with its snowy summits reflecting in the lake.

The course starts with the crossing of the lake on a floating, made of cans bridge, then you access the first stages with the clearing of a V shaped bridge (6 to 8 metres over the ground), the climbing of the St Pères chimney, etc. Of course, safety is insured during the whole course, notably by the use of harness. Every stage (20 metres average length), requires different skills. From the height of the final footbridge, at an altitude of 2450 metres, the course ends with the descent along a 40 metres long tyrolean and an impressive flying over the "lac des Grenouilles".
